I began Zepbound 3 months ago. I was 193 lbs and 5’3". 2.5 for 8 weeks and then 5 for the past month. I am dizzy enough that I can’t balance when I walk. I want to sleep, not getting any motivation to do anything and I feel like my blood sugar is low, I had my A1C checked before I started and it was good. I’m dehydrated. I lost 17 lbs and can’t function on the 5. I don’t want to give it up, but can I go back on the 2.5 awhile to give it more time or do I give it up. My doctor is going to check with my Insurance company if they will allow that. I’m just assuming Zepbound is the problem. Any thoughts ?
