How 4AllFamily's Extended Warranties Work
Pick your cooler's plan
Each warranty is made for one specific cooler model. Not sure which one you have? You'll find the model name on your order confirmation email or on the product box.
Choose 1, 2 or 3 extra years
Your free 2-year warranty starts on your purchase date. Your extra years begin the day it ends, for up to 5 years of coverage in total.
Add it within 30 days
An extended warranty must be bought within 30 days of purchasing your cooler. Plans bought after that aren't valid.
Register to activate
Register your plan within 30 days at page.4allfamily.com/4allfamilywarranty. It only takes a minute, and your extra years are linked to your order automatically.
Covered when it matters
If your cooler stops cooling, or the battery, display or controls stop working because of a defect, we'll repair or replace it. Accidents, drops, water damage and cosmetic wear aren't covered.
Change your mind?
You can cancel within 30 days of buying your plan for a full refund, as long as you haven't made a claim.
