It's very simple. Submerge the inner cooling wallet in cold water and soak for 20–30 minutes. Then manipulate the wallet to evenly distribute the crystals across all panels. Gently towel dry, then leave to air dry for approximately 5 minutes so the crystals can absorb any remaining surface moisture. Once semi-dry to the touch, place the activated inner wallet back into its outer protective cover, add your medications, and you’re ready for up to 45 hours of temperature-controlled medication storage.
